Of course we should have been writing regular blogs over the past years but we have been so busy that there never seemed to be time. The doors of our Illumina shop in Truro were closed in the summer and although it was sad to say goodbye to New Bridge Street and all our wonderful customers, nothing stays the same. We now concentrate on our lighting design service, which had become the driving force of the shop over the last few years, and have also set up our new company and website The Wooden Lamp Company (www.thewoodenlampcompany.co.uk). These are lamps made from sustainable wood that we have designed and produced ourselves and co-ordinate with vibrant shades to add a bit of wow to a room.
Meanwhile we have been busy designing projects in Fowey, St Mawes, Peterborough and Guernsey to name a few. Some jobs rather far flung but generally our work has been within Cornwall.
We're now based near Devoran and work on a more flexibly basis so if you would like to come and see us do contact us beforehand to ensure we can be there to meet you.
